Dragon Head: Side View
ZOMG, learn how to draw dragon heads! :O
This first part will cover the side view since it's the easiest to draw. (Seems to apply to every animal, eh? Except humans; they seem to be the hardest to draw when viewed from the side. >_o)

M'kay. So, for the first step we're going to draw 3 different things, as you can tell by the picture. Ready? First, start out with a circle. This will be the main part of the dragon's head/skull. Next, draw a rhombus-like shape from the circle; this is the dragon's snout. Then, draw a line from the opposite side of the circle to indicate the neck. |

Let's add a few more guidelines. :P I almost always start from the top of the circle and draw down to the snout. This will be the eyebrow as well as a guideline for the placement for the eye. (A guideline for a guideline, lolwut?) The next one will be a straight line across the "snout" to separate the upper and lower jaws. |

Okay! Now let's put some meat in this guy! XD So, let's draw in his upper jaw... |

Then the lower jaw... (Notice that I'm kinda-sorta following my guidelines?) |

And finish the rest of the head. (While erasing some of the unnecessary guidelines.) |

Now... Details. Put in the eyes and nostrils. Don't stop there, he looks boring! So draw in some teeth, horns, spikes, belly scales, etc. |

And... We're done! XD |
